Our Natural Surroundings

Available to all visitors are

• A short self-guided bush walk
• Lake suitable for boating
  (jet boating is not recommended)
• Natural surroundings with plentiful bird life
• Even with a full camp, there are plenty of places to get away by yourself.

For the Bird Lovers:
We have Herons, Tuis, Moreporks, Wax eyes, Wood pigeons, Rosellas, Pheasants, Geese, Ducks and a large local population of Pukeko.
